Started reading a new Blaze novel: Up Close and Dangerously Sexy by Karen Anders. This is a new author for me and so far it's very promissing. It's a story with secret agents and undercover stuff, which I happen to like, because it gives the characters a nice distraction from their attraction.
I've only read about 50 pages so far, but I like the heroine very much. She's got humor and is sassy, fun and brave. The hero is also lovely and instantly attracted to her. He can't help himself and has to touch and kiss her (which is very well written about by the way).
So, I can't wait to see how this story will develop. Of course we know how it is going to end ;-), but how they'll get there is hopefully and probably gonna be great to read about.

Yep, like I expected yesterday, this Blaze novel by Karen Anders is lovely. An important factor for me liking a book is sympathetic characters. Yesterday I described the hero and heroine and this novel was very likely to be a good read. And it didn't disappoint me. It was indeed a great read. The story was well written and had good suspence. The love between the hero and heroine developed in a plausible way and the sexscenes were very good. So I recommend this novel - with 4,5 stars - and will be reading more by this author!
Synopsis
Undercover Lovers-serie. With one of his top operatives out of commission, undercover agent (and total hotness) Drew Miller will enlist the assistance of interior designer Allie Carpenter—who will pose as her twin sister in order to bring down an arms dealer. Drew is granted clearance to bring Allie in by any means necessary…. Their mission, should they accept it, is complete deception…and absolute temptation!
