I'm going to spend a lot of time with family and friends but there will definitely be a lot of time to read too! I'm looking forward to that.
And I hope to find some inner calm and quietness to come up with some reading lists for my 2010 reading challenges!
I love this time of the year where there's lot of opportunity to look back, reflect, close things, leave them behind you and look forward to a brand new year stuffed with new and unknown things and people. I can't wait for this week of silent contemplation to start... just a few more days!
Happy Holidays everyone!
First, what a holiday cheery and hawt couple, verra nice :) And I've got that too, the reflecting bit. The things that happened throughout the year, the books I've read, the things I've done and haven't done. To think about 2010 and I go completely blank, I've got no idea what to expect or what to do but I have no doubt it will fill itself as i go along LOL
ReplyDelete*jealous of your vacation*
ReplyDeleteThat is a real holiday couple! Well first thing that come to mind when thinking of 2009 is chaotic! But need to think on that some more.. Where do you find these great pics?!
ReplyDeleteNice couple :D
ReplyDeleteSome rest is gonna be good cos I will have a hectic spring.
Be sure to read some hot books now ;)
Ah, I wish I had that rest and reading time...I miss that.
ReplyDeleteBut such is the life of a writer, huh.
Love the santa to the far right! Oh yes, that's made my holiday season!
Thank you darlin'
Hawk
@Leontine: Yeah, that's exactly what I love about this time of the year, the unknown. I like it to go blank about the new year :) Aything can happen!
ReplyDelete@Chris: I almost feel guilty, but I'm still gonna enjoy the vacation ;)
@Marissa: Yep, I have to think about 2009 some more too, but chaotic does describe it pretty well for me too :)
LOL! Wouldn't you like to know my little secret... ;) *cough*google*cough*
@Blodeuedd: You already know next spring is gonna be hectic? Poor you!! But you're right, better get your shot of hotness now before you don't have time anymore! :D
@Hawk: aw, I feel for you!
Now that you mention your writing: do you have another name as a writer, because I can't find any books under the name Houston A.W. Knight? Am I not looking well enough?
I did find you on Twitter btw :)
I love that couple that photo is awesome! I wish you a very Merry Christmas hon and a Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI hope to get in a lot of reading as well as family time too. I LOVE the holidays!
Great sexy couple, now why didn't I think of doing that with the spare set of christmas lights?:)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your peaceful holiday time Janna especially as it looks like we should have a nice (if not snowy), white christmas:) Frost here today is beautiful, makes me want to dig out all those wintery locked in a cabin type romances:)
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
@JennJ: Thanks, sweetie! I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too! And a lot of great books and family time of course! Enjoy the holidays!
ReplyDelete@Adrienne: LOL! I bet I wouldn't have looked that sexy as this couple does, and don't you think those lights will burn your skin *ouch* :)
I heart a white Christmas, we don't get that many, but it looks like we're getting one this year (if the snow doesn't melt away the next couple of days)! O yes, the locked in a cabin by the snow type of romances I love too!! As long as I have my blanket and cup of tea at hand there's nothing better for these cold days.
Wish you a lot of good reads and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too, sweetie!
