Crying... I know I am not helping you here. Sorry. This is absolutely the most beautiful post I have ever seen. Janna, you are the best kittie momma there is. Here is my arms to you {{{{{{{{{{{{ for hugs glaore}}}}}}}}}}}}} Love you honey. binny, you and hubby will be in my prayers.
I'm so SO sorry about your loss. *hugs* That last pic of him just made me cry. I'm now crying like a baby, I miss my cat SO much... *hugs*. These are wonderful photos to remember him by. =(
You guys all made me cry again! It's so wonderful to feel all your love, to hear your warm words and to see your compassion! You don't know what this means to me! Thank you so much! I love you all!
That just makes me cry and breaks my heart. I have a little black kitten that we've hand raised from 3 days old. This just... I'm so very very sorry. (((((HUGS))))
Hi Janna, I know I said I was sorry for your loss already but I had not gotten the chance to look over at your blog and gawd now I'm choked up after seeing Binnys picts, what a pretty kitty....big, BIG hugs to you!
Janna, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your loving post brought tears to my eyes. Not much consolation but at least Binny is no longer suffering. *Big hugs*
I'm so sorry for your loss! Such a lovely tribute to your beautiful Binny. I completely understand what you're feeling. Our 13 year old dog passed 1 month ago today and our cats are 16 & 20 yrs old. It's not easy but you are right... no more suffering for them and they will be waiting for us. Take care!
I'm so grateful for all your comments, tears and hugs. You may think it's not a consolation for me, but it is! I come over here a few times a day just to (re)read all your warm words again. It's wonderful! Thank you so much!
And I'm not only very happy to see and hear from all the friends I know and have seen before, but also from a few new or more shy persons! It's all very much appreciated!
PS: I hope to be back at blogging and bloghopping tomorrow...
I'm sitting here completely choked up with tears running down my face. I'm so sorry. Losing a pet is...heartbreaking. Life isn't the same without them, but...I couldn't imagine a life without them in it.
I just stumbled onto your site, and the images with comments of Binny. My Kiki (III - he's the 3rd male "tuxedo" cat I've had; I and II both passed while I was not present, and much too early), is my best friend, rounding out our family-me, my wife, Kiki. He's family, he's bright, talks, understands a few choice human words, entertains, is always doing new things in his routine but most importantly, just loves us. Pure, simple love. He turned 16 in April- I tell people he's in retirement mode. He's put on some weight, which I'm working to reduce by really keeping his intake in check. He has some painful legs which I know will feel better if he drops some ell-bees. As with all cats I've had since birth (our family cat, Nosey, a half persian was born when I was, passed when I was 19) part of their mystery is just bringing peace by us observing and listening to them. I want Kiki to be with us forever- very selfishly so. Just seeing the pain of your pic and comment postings I know that the inevitable is going to be unbearable, but I also see the loving memories you have, and just as now when I am at my job and think about how I'd rather be curled up with Kiki curled next to me instead of at my job, I have to believe I can always go there back with my buddy in my heart and mind when he's moved on. I' don't want to "invite trouble"- he's in OK health and behavior and I have to say were lucky. My Japanese wife has undergone a long conversion to being very pro-feline, but I know that we both have a very special home life much due to Kiki.
Thanks for a moments journey sharing your Binny and your loving thoughts. Life's too short for all we care about. Always remember. BP
Thank you for sharing your story, BP! It strikes me that you had a cat called Nosey as well. Our Nosey, the white one, passed away four years ago. I recognize your feelings for Kiki so well. I hope you can enjoy him and his pure, simple love for a few more years, I really do! Hugs to you. xxx
