Happy Gay Friday & A Slightly Changed Look

So, last night, instead of spending the first free night I had this week reading, I made some changes in my blog design. It was necessary because apparently my Artisteer background was giving problems with downloading the pages. We can’t have that now can we. :)
So, I went with one of Blogger’s templates and adjusted the html a bit here and there. I’m fairly pleased with it now. I hope you agree…

Blog design stuff can consume a lot of time, but in the end it’s always worth it. And it’s not like I haven’t been able to read this week at all. I actually read a pretty good romance about a rather unusual couple. One of the main characters is bipolar and the other one is a runner who’s balancing on the verge of shady business. Anyway, it’s Mine by Mary Calmes, and although it has some very unlikely things happening I truly enjoyed reading it.

I’m posting this while I’m already halfway out of the door on my way to the opening of an art exhibit. So, I’m sorry for rushing out again, but I know there’s some champagne and wine to be consumed very soonish and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish this post after the party. I’m guessing my head won’t be too clear by then. :D
