Happy Gay Friday: Short Vacation at the Blog
This is going to be my view next week: the desert of Egypt. :) Or something like this…
The above picture is actually one of my husband’s that he took when he was in Egypt a few years ago. I’ve never been there before; it’s going to be my first time.
We’re heading there with my family: my parents, two brothers and one of my sisters and all our significant others. It’s going to be noisy and chaotic I’m sure. Not to mention hot. And honestly, I don’t know what got into me back in January when I said yes to this trip, lol. I should’ve known better than to willingly submit myself to the dynamics of my family *sigh*. Ah well, vacation is vacation and I’m totally going to make the most of it! :D
As I’m not planning on bringing my laptop and we probably won’t have wireless internet access in our room, I’ll be disconnected for most of this vacation *sob*. So, no blog posts for a short period. I can only hope to get my phone working for some tweets but I’m not even sure if that will happen.
The blog break will last until October the 1st when you can expect a pre-scheduled post of my anticipated M/M releases for October. I’ll be home again the 3rd. And on the 4th we’ll have a guest blogger at Rarely Dusty Books: Aleksandr Voinov will be here to celebrate Riptide’s first anniversary with a post in which he looks back at his predictions for M/M for 2012 that he did last year in this guest post for us. I’m curious what he has to tell us!
So, for this week and next week,
Happy Gay Friday everyone!

DeleteHave a great time!!! I would have to read a couple of the early Amelia Peabody books to get in the right mood for such a trip. :)
